The purpose of this job is.....
This growth focused customer service role provides support to both existing and prospective Bupa customers, working on-site at key educational partners, Bupa office and remotely from home.
Servicing primarily overseas students as well as domestic students and staff, this role is crucial in ensuring Bupa can continue to work strategically with our partners in delivering health and care offerings to this evolving industry. This role will require identification of new sales opportunities whilst growing Bupa's impact on the health of its members through promotion of Bupa's product suite.
There is currently an opportunity for a recent graduate to join us on a full-time basis. The role will support our partner at the University of Wollongong and will be based on-site or working from home. A relevant university graduate who can speak a second language is highly preferrable. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you'll need to make it possible
* Previous sales experience and customer service delivery
* Flexibility to work across campuses and varying work schedules
* Highly accountable with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain strong time management performance
* Business/commercial acumen
* Ability to work well under competing pressures from varying channels
* Knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry
* Understanding of the overseas student market and/or exposure to the education sector. This can include being a previous International Student
* Experience in presenting to large groups
