What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need
* Current driver's licence (minimum P2)
* Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
* Completed or willingness to enrol in a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or a related field
* Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including the ability to respond to escalation, maintain safety, and use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
* Strong availability across 7 days with the ability to complete a minimum 2 sleepovers a fortnight.
