You'll work with a supportive team who back you all the way, while you take ownership of growing revenue and expanding company footprint across Australia and Globally. They're expanding fast and need a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager who thrives on momentum. You'll take ownership of new business growth, build genuine client connections, and play a hands‑on role in scaling their national footprint.

What You'll Do:
* Hunting new business across transport, freight, and warehousing sectors
* Identifying markets, clients, and opportunities that others might miss
* Meeting with prospects, understanding their operations, and delivering tailored logistics solutions
* Building strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing customers
* Preparing proposals, quotes, and sales contracts that deliver value for both sides
* Keeping accurate records of your wins, pipeline, and progress
* Collaborating with operations to make sure what's promised gets delivered, on time, every time
What you need?
* 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
* Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and freight forwarding operations
* Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce / HubSpot)
* Communication, negotiation and time management skills
* Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
