School-based Traineeship – Plumbing Goulburn
The Reece Group is a leading international company providing plumbing and bathroom products. In partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd this traineeship is aimed at Year 10 students and leads to a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
Location: Goulburn; trainees work at a Reece branch and complete certificate requirements including workbooks, on‐the‐job training, and assessments. Students will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, must be available on Saturdays, and may undertake additional hours during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Embrace Reece values, policies, and procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service, answering phones, taking messages and orders.
* Complete all Certificate II requirements and assessments.
* Process sales transactions and manage stock.
* Communicate with customers and staff.
* Build product knowledge and provide follow‐up to customers.
* Contribute to maintaining the branch at a high standard.
