About the Role
Truck Centre (WA) are currently seeking qualified Heavy Vehicle Road Transport Mechanics to join our busy, Perth Metro workshops - Spearwood, Kewdale, Forrestfield or Maddington on a full-time basis. This role will see you being responsible for providing a high quality of workmanship on our Mack, UD and Volvo Truck products, to the standards expected of our product names.
Being a Dealership environment, you will have full access to diagnostic information, product specialists, specialist tooling, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure your skills continually develop as the product evolves.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate sufficient training and experience as a qualified technician and possess the following:
* Experience in a heavy road transport service and repair environment (highly desirable)
* A minimum of 1-2 years of heavy road transport experience is preferred.
* Self-motivated and has the ability to work autonomously
* Skills and experience to mentor and develop apprentices
* Experience with Mack, UD and/or Volvo Product (highly desirable, although not essential)
* Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace
* Positive and proactive approach to your work

Yearly earning potential of $83K - $115K + OT (dependent on experience)
