Join one of Melbourne's most progressive development groups as they prepare for an exciting pipeline of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects across and beyond. This role sits at the heart of their Sales Operations team, coordinating contracts, driving settlement outcomes, and ensuring a seamless experience from launch through to handover.
As Client experience and Contract Lead, you'll take ownership of all contract administration and sales coordination functions, liaising with development, legal, and project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across every transaction. You'll also be a key part of new project launches, working across display suites, marketing campaigns and high-end buyer journeys.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end sales contract process, issuance to unconditional exchange.
Collaborate with internal legal and development teams to ensure all contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently executed.
Maintain and update sales documentation, price lists and contract templates via DocuSign and Salesforce.
Coordinate meetings with partner agents to monitor sales progression and resolve contract-related matters.
Prepare and distribute sales and settlement reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support display suite launches and assist with marketing collateral and buyer documentation.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in property, settlements, or sales administration within development, legal or conveyancing.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator who can liaise across stakeholders and drive results.
Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar CRM / contract systems.
A genuine passion for property, design, and creating an exceptional client experience.
