In Wee Waa Hospital is seeking its next passionate Enrolled Nurse to join the team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide person‐centred care across the patient journey, advocating for patients and their families, supporting informed decision‐making, and ensuring safe, high‐quality care at every stage. You will respond confidently in changing clinical situations, support discharge planning, and contribute to positive patient outcomes as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will also play a role in mentoring students and junior staff, sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues to strengthen care across the community.

About You
* Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
* ED, urgent care, or triage experience highly desirable (or willingness to upskill).
* A strong desire to work in a rewarding role supporting a rural community.
