We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at OG Hotel.
The Role:
* Mentoring your team by leading from the front
* Management of expenses inclusive of stock, labour and general expense items
* Ability to work hospitality hours – weekends/nights
* Reconciling floats and balancing of DTS
* Providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest of standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* RSA
* Advanced Gaming
* RP
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in a senior role

* Confident in leading and developing a passionate team
* Preferred strong bar background
* Passionate for the hospitality industry
* An appetite for personal growth
* Self‐motivated, and driven to be successful
