o ENDP: $33.52–$37.75 + 25% Casual Loading
o RN1: $37.75–$51.51 + 25% Casual Loading
o AIN1: $31.00–$31.92 + 25% Casual Loading
About you
As an RN, EN or AIN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, patient-centred care to older people requiring Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM), inpatient rehabilitation, specialist dementia care or transitional and restorative care. With a genuine passion for empowering patients, your expertise and empathetic approach will be instrumental in ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well‐being throughout their healthcare experience.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in a clinical environment
* A commitment to teamwork and quality patient care
* Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification (RN / EN)
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) – RN / EN
* Cert 3 or 4 in a relevant healthcare or support area (AIN)
