The Deputy Principal works collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team to provide educational leadership across the school community. The role involves coordinating academic and administrative operations, supporting whole‐school improvement, strengthening professional practice, and fostering a culture of trust, professionalism, and collective responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility and training requirements:
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting.
* Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in diverse educational settings.
* High level of interpersonal and public relations skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes.
* Professional knowledge and ability to apply this knowledge to ensure high educational outcomes for all students, including those from diverse ethnic backgrounds and with special needs.
* Capacity to manage staff, physical and financial resources.
