Responsibilities
Provide paid rostered hours to welcome, connect with and guide members while building your personal training community.
Handle PT leads and stay on top of PT administration.
Deliver exceptional personal training sessions in world-class facilities.
Ensure PT sessions remain safe by considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries.
Build a true community and leverage your personality to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
Contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings when required.
Maintain the gym floor to world-class standards through planned preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness.
First aid certificate.
Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (minimum 20 hours per week).
People-focused and authentic, able to deliver meaningful PT sessions.
Driven and motivated to continually improve, with a can-do attitude.
Enjoy working to targets and thrive on helping people achieve those "I did it" moments.
