The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our high‐performing team on Tasmania's West Coast. In this hands‐on leadership role, you will oversee the electrical works, coordinate daily site activities, mentor and support a team of electricians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll Require
* Current Tasmanian Electrical and Driver's licence
* Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
* Strong planning and scheduling skills
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* Live locally in Tasmania or be willing to relocate
* Commitment to a ZERO harm culture
* Excellent understanding of electrical standards
* Strong fault‐finding ability and ability to read and interpret drawings
* Self‐motivated, reliable, honest and takes pride in your work
* Ability to work both as a member of a team, as well as independently
Preferred (though not essential)
* Mining experience
* Working Safely at Heights
* Confined Space Ticket
* High Risk Work Licence – WP
* LVCPR
