Role Overview

Due to an increase in team size, we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator for a large Hard Services Building Maintenance contract in the Cambridge area.

Role is Cambridge based, working within an established hospital environment.

Responsibilities

The Helpdesk Operator will work on the main desk, dealing with incoming emails and calling out to the relevant engineers/supervisors to provide support.

The Helpdesk Operator will be required to work split day shifts, working 7.5 hours between 7am and 7pm (one week early, one week late).

Qualifications

Must have previous experience within facilities / property maintenance.
