Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required, approximately 3 years' experience working in an IT environment, preferably in Agile delivery teams. Key skills include strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, requiring excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
