About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Storeperson looking to join a supportive, close-knit team. In this physically active role, you’ll be a key part of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, stock control, and general warehouse upkeep. Working closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while partnering with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure fast, accurate deliveries to customers. Key Responsibilities Stock Control & Inventory Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory is up to date Conduct cycle counts and assist with full stocktakes Manage returns and investigate any stock discrepancies Warehouse Operations: Safely load and unload goods, including containers Pick, pack, and label orders with speed and accuracy Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and hazard-free Operate forklifts and equipment in line with safety standards Compliance & Administration: Follow AQIS and Chain of Responsibility (COR) guidelines Complete consignment notes and freight bookings Process incoming/outgoing goods using warehouse systems (e.g., IFS) Maintain documentation and update the sales team on dispatches Complete required training modules (e.g., ELMO) Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office warehouse systems) Valid forklift licence (mandatory) Excellent communication and teamwork skills A proactive, safety-first mindset What’s on Offer: Full-time, stable employment with long-term career opportunities A friendly, supportive team that values your contribution Competitive hourly rate super Training and development to build your skills in logistics and inventory systems A role where your work makes a real impact on major infrastructure projects APPLY NOW
