Refresh Physiotherapy is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated and supportive team, providing exceptional physiotherapy care to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly assessing patients in hour-long appointments to develop and implement personalised treatment plans to aid recovery and improve overall health and wellbeing.
* Treating patients with a high level of patient-centred care.
* Collaborating with other physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
* Developing yourself as a physiotherapist and team member through structured mentoring and professional-development programs.
* Actively participating in the continued growth and development of the practice.
What we're looking for
* Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration.
* Any level of experience including new-graduates.
* Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and hands‐on treatment skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centred approach.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve clinical practice.
* A passion for promoting health, wellbeing, and an active lifestyle.
