Scheduler Operations role – Toll Group, Burrup, WA, AU
This mid‐level Scheduler Operations role works with Toll Group based in Burrup, WA. You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the safe and efficient scheduling of vessels, logistics operations and resource allocation across the supply base, slipway and marine functions.
Your work will involve planning vessel movements, coordinating logistics activities, optimizing utilization of personnel, plant and facilities, collaborating with operations, marine and logistics teams, maintaining client relationships, monitoring performance against contracts and targets, supporting stock‐take processes, inventory management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate vessel movements, logistics activities, and workforce allocation.
* Optimize utilisation of personnel, plant, and facility assets.
* Collaborate with operations, marine, and logistics teams to meet operational requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify value‐adding opportunities.
* Monitor performance against logistics contracts and operational targets.
* Support stock‐take processes, inventory management, and reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in logistics, scheduling or stevedoring operations.
* Strong knowledge of freight handling and resource coordination.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Dangerous Goods certification (Air/Sea/Road) or willingness to obtain.
* Fatigue Management (TLIF3064A) or equivalent.
* Experience in logistics or marine operations is highly desirable.
