Consultanz is seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our esteemed client in Adelaide. This pivotal role requires extensive expertise in estimating for spray seal, asphalt, pavement or civil/road construction and maintenance. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional infrastructure projects.Main DutiesReview project requirements to determine costs for materials, labor, and equipment.Develop and submit detailed and competitive bids.Work with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost estimations.Track project costs and compare them against estimates, providing regular updates.Secure competitive pricing for materials and services.RequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field.Proven 5+ years' experience as an Estimator in spray seal, asphalt, pavement or civil/road construction and maintenance.Proficiency in Estimating software such as Benchmark or equivalent.Strong analytical and numerical skills for financial analysis and reporting.Ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders.Effective negotiation skills for dealing with contractors and suppliers.Understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.Local options (Kiwi NZ) considered.Competitive Salary Package on offer from $80k -$150k+ Super + TOT (vehicle).Permanent Full time Position.Based in Adelaide.APPLY NOW if interested or email jane.lara@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.REFER A FRIENDWas this opportunity not right for you?
