Pit builders and labourers are crucial team members in our construction crew, working on large-scale civil projects in Moreton Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Constructing storm water manholes to ensure efficient drainage systems
* Preparing and pouring storm water, gully pits, and culvert slabs in adherence to SEQ requirements
* Completing builds with steel fixing expertise
* Working with dumpy levels to achieve precise construction results
* Stripping and cleaning forms to maintain high-quality finishes
* Rendering and benching for a seamless finish
* Ordering concrete materials on time to meet project deadlines
About You:
* Demonstrate experience in constructing manholes/pits or be willing to learn through training and development opportunities
* Read and understand plans, ensuring compliance with standard specifications and industry regulations
* Hold a valid Construction Induction Card/White Card and be able to work safely on site
* Have a valid Driver's License for easy transportation to job sites
* Possess a Confined Space Entry certificate for working in tight spaces
