McHaffie Transport Australia is looking for an Operations Assistant for our Newman depot on a FIFO roster, residential or dual FIFO and Perth local roster. We are flexible on this and can discuss individual options to suit applicant.
What we require:
* Reliable and have a positive can-do attitude.
* Effective time management.
* Planning and organisation skills.
* A strong work ethic.
* LF Forklift ticket or willing to obtain.
* Minimum C class licence but an HR licence would be looked upon favourably.
* Ability to pass Random Drug & Alcohol testing.
* Attention to detail and customer service is a must and you can work independently at times.
Your day would consist of but not limited to:
* Checking & replying to emails.
* General office duties and cleaning.
* Loading and unloading freight.
* Liaising with our clients in person.
* On our freight receivals day, there is a large proportion of receiving and dispatching of freight, which entails physical duties.
With flexible roster and location options, this role is unique.
The role is only open to candidates that want full time ongoing work.
