A talented and experienced payroll professional who has experience in the Time and Attendance function in complex payroll software. While we will assist you to develop your skills in Product Ownership, your background in payroll is more important. You may have experience as an Implementation Consultant, Payroll Manager, Payroll Team Leadership, or you might already be a Time and Attendance Specialist with another software provider.

What you need
Reporting to the Product Manager you will be one of the technical experts in TA21. You will work closely with clients - internal and external - to not only impart your knowledge but to gain valuable feedback to assist with the future development of the product.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: -
· Demonstrated experience in Time and Attendance software – preferably TA21
· Advanced communication skills – verbal, written and engaging presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
· User experience management and strong market research and analysis skills
· Proven analytical and relationship building skills
You are self-motivated and managing, with superior troubleshooting and investigative skills as well as previous experience in payroll processing. We operate a very flexible, hybrid work environment where work/life balance is actively supported. You may be located anywhere in Australia.
