Territory Account Manager
Chubb Fire & Security is recruiting a Business Development Manager to manage high‐value vehicle suppression accounts within the fire industry, with a primary emphasis on revenue generation and contract growth from our Brisbane branch. You will support customers across Queensland, focusing on mining, commercial, government, industrial and defence markets.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision‐makers and principal clients, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
* Analyze client needs, negotiate new and renewal contracts, and coordinate with internal teams.
* Work closely with technicians, support staff, project managers and engineers.
* Dedicate time to key clients, sectors and major fire‐safety projects.
* Proactively identify and convert new opportunities in the fire and security markets.
* Engage customers across Mining, Oil & Gas, Waste, Energy and Resources, and Industrial sectors.
Essential Attributes & Qualifications
* Proven business development experience.
* Fire industry experience and technical understanding of vehicle fire systems (desirable).
* Confidence in engaging major clients and SMEs.
* Demonstrated success in generating new business.
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship/PR.
* Current Queensland driver licence.
