Lead Educator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our children.
* With a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, you will be well-equipped to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
* A current Western Australia Working with Children Check is also a requirement for this position.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
