Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Lysaght Customer Service team based in Darwin, NT.
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries.
* Follow up on quotations and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met, including product specifications, special packaging and delivery timetable.
* Continuously identify new ways to improve the customer experience and enhance the value proposition.
* Manage relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders, working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong customer focus and ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Willingness to grow, learn and develop.
* Demonstrated computer competency including MS Office.
