NDIS Operations Manager - Adelaide
Build and run your own NDIS business unit from home.
Structure: 30% profit share on your business unit’s performance, and an initial base package of $90,000 + Super + $8,000 Car Allowance.
Your Role
Operate as an executive owner‑operator managing your own NDIS support business while receiving full back‑office, compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising and marketing support from Sirv.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development: network with support coordinators and participants to secure new clients.
- Recruit and build a capable support team that meets client needs and quality standards.
- Maintain rostering and staffing to deliver high quality support services.
- Grow the business, including scaling operations and hiring additional operational staff as required.
- Deliver empathetic, passionate service to participants and staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Business development experience in NDIS disability support services.
- Strong recruitment and team‑building skills.
- Experience in rostering and staff management.
- Track record of growing a service business.
- Solid leadership qualities and financial acumen.
- Passionate about participant outcomes and team success.
Prerequisites
- Robust networks and proven operations experience in an NDIS support business.
- Experience managing large teams with demonstrable leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Potential earnings: $120k–$200k in year 1, $200k–$300k+ thereafter.
