Having successfully established our multi-franchise dealership in Dianella, we're continuing to grow and are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience, building lasting relationships and supporting our workshop to operate efficiently and professionally.
About the Role
In this hands‐on, fast‐paced position, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service from check‐in to vehicle handover
* Managing daily service bookings and communicating repair timelines
* Coordinating with Technicians and Workshop Controller
* Preparing accurate job cards, repair orders and quotes
* Keeping customers updated on progress, additional work and approvals
* Supporting the dealership's reputation for excellence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
We're ideally looking for someone with experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer‐facing role within the automotive industry; however, this is preferred rather than essential. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a great experience every time.
You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy, supportive team and you bring excellent organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail. A proactive attitude is important, as is the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of a fast‐paced environment.
A current driver's licence is required (manual preferred but not essential).
