Maintenance Supervisor Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance of assets to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will drive initiatives that promote health and safety practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate repairs and preventative programs for the mechanical maintenance team
* Engage with stakeholders to implement environmental initiatives
* Support training to eliminate potential risks and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
* Trade qualifications with current industry experience
* Ability to supervise and coordinate multi-disciplined trade teams
* Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and technical skills
