Unique demographic: 40–70+ professionals/doctors with real stress, time constraints, and niggles.Unique craft: Technically rigorous coaching with strict form standards and clean, organized systems.The Role: This is a permanent part-time role (20–30 hours/week) with flexible days and early mornings essential (no evenings at this stage).
You'll run 1-on-1 and 1-on-4 sessions, lead our mobility-first onboarding, and progress truly individual programs on a premium floor.
This is a member-facing role - you'll be front and center representing the brand.For the right coach, there's a clear pathway to full-time and a leadership role.ResponsibilitiesMust-Haves5+ years' Personal Training experience (1:1 and/or semi-private).
Current First Aid/CPR and PT insurance.Confident coaching the fundamentals: hinge, squat, push, pull, carry - with strict technical standards.Professional communication and strong attention to detail.Nice-to-HavesRehab exposure (worked alongside physios/EPs; regressions/progressions for knees/backs/shoulders).
