About the Role
The Grants Officer supports the delivery of grant programs by providing advice and administrative support across funding processes, policies and procedures. It helps ensure grant programs are managed in a way that is accurate, consistent and transparent, while contributing to broader program outcomes.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the role manages competing priorities and a high volume of work. It involves responding to stakeholder enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance and governance requirements, and contributing to reporting, research and continuous improvement.
Compensation & Employment
Salary ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 + super & leave loading. Temporary full-time opportunity to 30 June 2027, based at Sydney Olympic Park. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience providing clear and accurate advice to stakeholders on processes, policies and requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information clearly in plain English
* Excellent attention to detail, with proven experience maintaining accurate records, data and documentation
* Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive or complex matters
* Proficiency in supporting compliance, governance and audit requirements within established policy frameworks
* Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience preparing reports, briefings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Excellent customer service skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver practical solutions
Essential Requirements
