We're seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Transformation. In this pivotal role, you'll provide crucial analysis, reporting, and risk management support, acting as a subject matter expert and guiding others in best-practice analytics.
Responsibilities include:
* Portfolio Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to provide insights, trends, forecasts, and risk assessments.
* Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks and cross-program dependencies.
* Proposing resolution strategies and influencing senior stakeholders on portfolio prioritization and sequencing.
* Acting as a subject matter expert in portfolio data analytics to uplift team capability.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Designing and maintaining portfolio dashboards and reports in Power BI.
* Populating reports by collecting and combining data from various sources.
Key skills required include exceptional communication and influencing skills, with proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at moving between strategic and operational levels, working effectively with both business and technical teams.
