We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and sales support.
Reporting to the APAC Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product availability, maintaining accurate supply chain data, and coordinating closely with global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination
* Maintain and review the Master Buy spreadsheet, ensuring sales averages, stock levels, and forecasts are accurate.
* Update and manage SKU data, sales actuals, stock on hand, and global open purchase orders.
* Organise and manage regional purchasing requirements and purchase order placement for the Australian market.
* Support the end-to-end order fulfilment process with global and local vendors and third-party logistics providers.
* Track purchase orders and liaise with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
* Data analysis and reporting.
* Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipping activities and proactively manage potential shipment delays.
* Prepare and organise all required import and export documentation.
* Maintain supply chain data including pricing, ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
* Communicate potential supply gaps to key stakeholders including Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
* Present supply updates at Sales & Operations meetings.
* Assist in the maintenance and analysis of the Open To Buy report.
* Work closely with the Global Planning Team to support demand planning and operational forecasting for Australia.
* Attend global purchasing department meetings.
Sales & Commercial Support
* Maintain and distribute updated price lists to the sales team and selected customers.
* Manage product line maintenance in (BC25) Business Dynamics 365 to ensure correct system flagging and accuracy.
* Coordinate export orders with internal teams and external partners.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure product images and marketing assets are prepared ahead of inventory arrival.
* Attend global sales meetings and cross-functional alignment meetings where required.
Administration
* Provide general administrative support across supply chain and sales operations.
Skills & Experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Business Dynamics 365 is highly appreciated
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisational and time‐management abilities
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong customer service mindset
* Adaptable, flexible, and proactive approach
* Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
* Mandarin Speaker would be preferred
