* Work in culturally informed and respectful ways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
* Assisting Indigenous businesses in enhancing their skills and capacities.
* Building relationships through effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Take initiative to seek out and complete routine tasks accurately and of a high standard.
* Capable of performing financial and risk assessments on new applications and variations to determine serviceability and evaluate credit risk.
* Possess a strong grasp of the market and industry risks that our customers face.
