Lead Caseworker
Assume a leadership role within the casework team and drive high-quality service delivery in Community Services Centres (CSCs) across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily priorities and resource allocation to deliver exceptional results.
* Implement best practice casework principles to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery through quality assurance, continuous improvement, and practice reform.
* Effectively supervise group and individual performance.
* Drive practice and practice change, reform, and implementation.
* Verify accuracy of information and records for children and young people.
* Prepare and review legal documentation, briefings, and correspondence.
* Initiate court proceedings and provide guidance and support to Caseworkers.
* Manage staff with time frames, work allocation, and performance management.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and foster collaboration across the agency and with community partners.
