About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our transport and logistics business based in Perth, WA. This role will commence on a casual basis, approximately 3 days per week, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent part‐time position. The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance across the business in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
* Maintain and improve compliance management systems aligned with ISO standards.
* Identify and monitor legislative and compliance requirements.
* Manage document control processes and maintain accurate compliance records.
* Support risk identification and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare compliance reports and performance data for Management Review meetings.
* Coordinate inductions, training compliance, and training records.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance documentation.
* Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.
Requirements
Essential
* Qualified Internal Auditor with recognised certification (non‐negotiable).
* Experience auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems.
* Knowledge of legislative compliance requirements.
* Experience in risk identification.
* Experience in document control.
* Experience in Management Review reporting.
Desirable
* Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
* Experience supporting external certification audits.
