About Our Client

Job Description
* Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements
* Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes
* Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs
* Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines
* Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process
* Maintain accurate and compliant claim records within claims systems
* Engage and manage rehabilitation and treatment providers
* Support injured workers through legislative and administrative requirements
* Ensure data integrity, accurate claim classification, and reporting
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior WorkCare Claims Management Consultant should have:
* Demonstrated experience in workers' compensation claims management, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
