About The Role
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, fixed term until 30 June 2031 with the possibility of extension. The position is located in Young and includes outreach services to Tumut and Temora.
Provide flexible, person-led individual and group mental health support that builds confidence, practical skills and independence. Work with families, services and community supports to deliver coordinated, culturally respectful care, helping people work toward their recovery goals at their own pace.

Skills & Experience
* Qualifications in Cert IV Mental Health or Cert IV Mental Health Peer Work.
* Demonstrated commitment to working from a recovery orientation, in line with the National Framework for Recovery Oriented Mental Health Services.
* Lived experience of distress/mental health challenges and recovery (or with the perspective of supporting a family/friend/kin).
