THE STP FUNDING FOR THIS POSITION HAS NOW BEEN CONFIRMED. This position is an unaccredited gynaecological oncology training position, accredited for advanced STP training position for a pre-FRANZCOG (year 5-6) trainee. If you are intending to apply for CGO training, this is a perfect pre-selection year.

Role overview and responsibilities
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic professional looking to complete their specialty training working in a senior role, while supporting Registrars and Resident Medical Officers. This position will be best suited to a level 5 or 6 trainee.
This accredited senior registrar position will offer excellent experience in tertiary level antenatal and intrapartum care including ultrasound and labour ward management. The training in the general gynaecology unit will allow the successful applicant to consolidate their surgical skills including laparoscopic surgery, prior to entering specialist practice. This is an exceptional and unique opportunity that will enable the successful applicant to gain all the skills they will require to enter specialist practice on completion of this appointment.
Salary and classification
- Salary: $134,930 - $189,005 per annum
- Salary range is in accordance with Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022
