We're offering an assessment-only role for an OT, Physio, or Osteo with at least 12 months of aged care experience. The position is community-based, mobile, and permanent full-time. The role focuses on conducting aged care funding assessments in clients' homes, working within a multidisciplinary team with supportive clinical leadership and professional development.
Base Pay Range
$90,******/yr – $100,******/yr

About You
Relevant degree in OT, Physio or Osteo
Full AHPRA registration
Minimum 12 months of experience in aged care
Team player, open to learning new experiences
Current driver's licence and vehicle
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
Eligible to work in Australia
