School-based Traineeship – Plumbing Berri
Reece Group is a leading international company providing plumbing and bathroom products.
Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are looking for students to undertake a School-based Traineeship where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on‐the‐job training and assessments. Year10 students can apply all year round and Year11 students can apply from January until the end of term2. This position is based at the Plumbing Berri branch.
Responsibilities
* Embracing Reece values, policies and procedures
* Providing customer service
* Completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
* Processing sales
* Managing stock
* Answering the phone to take messages and orders
* Communicating with customers and staff
* Building product knowledge
* Providing follow‐up to customers
* Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions
* Enthusiasm and a great attitude
* Willingness to try new things
* Team player
* Willingness to maintain a neat and tidy workplace
* Well presented appearance
Working Hours
* Equivalent to one and a half days per week
* Saturday availability required
* Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist progress
