O'Brien is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Bendigo Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This role offers full on‐the‐job training, a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing and the opportunity to work with a supportive national brand.

What you'll be doing
* Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
* Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
* Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations
* Carry out glass chip repairs
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
* Represent the O'Brien brand with pride and reliability
What we're looking for
* Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
* Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
* Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
* Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term career
* Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
* Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
