About the Role
This is a key opportunity to lead and grow a network of authorised dealers in the assistive technology and wheelchair sector, driving commercial success and clinical excellence.
The successful candidate will have experience in dealer distribution/account management, preferably in rehabilitation equipment or similar medical devices.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners, identifying and recruiting new dealers, negotiating commercial agreements, and coordinating training and sales growth.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, who is willing to travel domestically and make a meaningful impact in this role.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years in dealer distribution/account management
* Experience in rehabilitation equipment or similar medical devices
* Experience with clinical sales environments
* Proven success in building and scaling dealer networks
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* A willingness to travel domestically
