About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you'll support the permanent staff in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. This role is perfect for educators who enjoy flexibility and variety in their work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering engaging learning experiences for children
* Support the daily routines of the centre including play, meals, and rest times
* Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
* A positive attitude and passion for early childhood education
* Availability for casual shifts
