Role Overview
Providing high‐level executive and administrative support that keeps the Bankstown‐Lidcombe Hospital Executive Leadership Team operating smoothly, efficiently, and focused on delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including the Director of Clinical Governance and Director of Allied Health.
* Play a pivotal role in enabling strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and service delivery.
* Work closely with influential healthcare leaders driving innovation and excellence across the organisation.
* Manage complex calendars seamlessly, ensuring shifting priorities and commitments remain aligned.
* Coordinate meetings and communications with clarity, timeliness and discretion.
* Prepare reports and documentation that are accurate, polished and decision‐ready.
* Maintain smooth day‐to‐day operations through proactive organisation and attention to detail.
* Support leadership in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment, ensuring reliability and professionalism.
