This isn't a desk job. It's hands‐on, site‐based engineering across a program that includes major projects, sustaining capital and ongoing infrastructure upgrades.

The Role
You'll take ownership of electrical scope across a live and complex site, working closely with project teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical packages in line with project specifications, standards and site requirements
* Develop and implement construction work packs for site execution
* Act as the key point of contact for design queries and technical clarifications
* Maintain engineering documentation and support safe work practices
* Collaborate with project teams, engineers and contractors to drive delivery outcomes
What They're Looking For
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
* Experience across mining, heavy industry or manufacturing environments
* Strong problem‐solving ability with a high level of attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and ability to support construction delivery
* Proven experience managing contractors and stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a regional, site‐based environment
