About the Role
As Store Manager of the brand's flagship Mt Gravatt location, you'll lead a team of 60 in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You'll take ownership of sales performance, operational excellence, and team development while maintaining the brand's strong visual and service standards. This role requires a leader who can inspire through example, build capability across all levels, and drive commercial results with precision and energy.
What You Need
* Proven apparel retail management experience
* Strength in people management, coaching, and performance development
* Skilled in conflict resolution, delegation, and clear communication
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to analyse trade and react quickly
* Resilient, agile, and confident leading large teams in a high-volume setting
