RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced
client-side Senior Project Manager or Project Manager
to join our growing team in our
Alice Springs
Office on a full-time permanent basis working on NT Government and other client projects. FIFO will not be considered but relocation assistance to Alice Springs is available. What You’ll Need To Succeed
10+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with client-side project experience desirable for the SPM role. 5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with client-side project experience desirable for the PM role. Skilled qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar. A strong understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with managing contractor contract experience is highly desirable. Strong client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills. Well-developed spoken and reporting/ writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Completed construction site health and safety course. AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
