About The Project
We deliver specialised installation and maintenance services for overhead distribution networks on behalf of Energy Queensland, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure. Our capabilities cover the construction, refurbishment, inspection, and ongoing upkeep of overhead assets across the network.
About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Delivery Manager will be based at our Withcott depot, overseeing QLD operations and leading a multidisciplinary infrastructure team. This role drives operational excellence through strong leadership, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a positive, high‐performing team culture
* Mentor, train, and evaluate team members
* Control project costs and ensure financial efficiency
* Report on project progress and performance
* Allocate resources effectively across personnel, equipment, and materials
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
* Strengthen stakeholder relationships

* Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
About You
* Expertise in technical troubleshooting, gathering requirements, data, and producing clear reports.
* Proven experience in project management OR directly supervising and leading blue‐coloured workforce.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills.
* Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Inspirational leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
* Resilience under pressure and confidence managing multiple projects at once.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Flexibility to travel as required.
