Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with daily routines and active support at Oswin Road mental health service
Help with engagement with drug and alcohol services, community psychiatric nurses, treatment teams, doctors, and social services
Manage personal finances, housing issues, and understand rights and responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with friends, family, neighbours, and local community
Maintain high standards of personal care, including cleaning, toileting, bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care
Plan, shop for, prepare, and cook balanced meals
Facilitate access to mainstream activities and encourage participation in social, leisure, and learning activities
Assist with accessing local community services (GP, dentist, chemist, optician)
Provide planned and responsive support during day, emergency support overnight (shift patterns as described)
