Overview
The role supports Key Link 2.0, a project to redesign the full continuum of care and create a CRM platform that grows with us. The objective is to deliver simpler processes, faster workflows, a flexible, future-ready platform, stronger privacy, security and compliance, and reliable data for reporting and decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will align business objectives, processes and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and impact, focusing on gathering requirements, standardising processes, and ensuring documentation, reporting and service delivery requirements are met in line with the new system design.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with operational teams, stakeholders, and the external vendor to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews and process mapping; translate these into detailed user stories to support the KeyLink 2.0 implementation.
* Work with the Data and Reporting Lead to define and validate data migration, cleansing rules, analytics and reporting requirements, ensuring solution designs meet key business needs and align with project goals.
* Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing with business users, and manage issue tracking and resolution with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications
* A degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration and/or Information Systems.
* A minimum of 4 years' relevant industry experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) supporting large-scale system implementation projects.
* Strong project management, presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in developing process and workflow diagrams, data mapping, process documentation, and readiness activities to support system implementations.

Benefits and Conditions
* Base salary: $85,025 - $93,975 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
* Full-time, 18-month contract with the option for hybrid work; based between Key Assets Australia sites.
* Generous salary packaging available (up to $15,900/annum).
