Coastal Dental Care is a dentist-founded organisation with 18 practices across QLD and Northern NSW, focused on great people, great care, and great careers.
Your Role
In this role, you will work across your full scope of practice, delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting clinical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Delivering preventive, periodontal, and restorative therapy treatments
* Providing oral health education to support long‐term patient outcomes
* Taking radiographs to support accurate diagnosis
* Exercising clinical judgement, including collaboration and referrals where appropriate
* Working closely with dentists, dental assistants, and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient journey
* Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
About You
You're a confident and motivated clinician who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
You will have:
* Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
* Relevant insurances and radiation licence
* Strong communication skills and a patient‐first mindset
* A passion for preventive care and education
* Commitment to maintaining CPD and ongoing professional development
